Why we sit where we do
Most waste companies make money on movement. We make money on material. You should understand the difference before you let anyone walk your site.
The more that leaves your site and the more often, the better the year for a haulage-led waste business. That is not corruption; it is simply what the business model rewards, and it explains a great deal about why waste contracts look the way they do.
We make money on material. That aligns our interest with yours in one specific and useful way: we would rather your waste were segregated, clean and valuable than mixed, heavy and frequent. It also means the audit can be free, because the audit is how we find material worth trading.
We say this plainly because the alternative, presenting a free audit as a public service, invites exactly the scepticism it deserves.
“We would rather your waste were segregated, clean and valuable than mixed, heavy and frequent.”
Transparency · Innovation · Proficiency
Transparency
You see the same numbers we do: what the material is worth, what the outlet pays, and where our margin sits. A waste market that depends on the client not knowing the price is a market that eventually loses the client.
Innovation
Not for its own sake. New separation technology, new outlets and new compliance mechanisms change what a stream is worth, and staying current on them is the difference between a good price and last year's price.
Proficiency
Ten years of doing this means we already know what your stream is likely to contain, what it is likely to be worth, and which of the available outlets will still be there in eighteen months.
Where we operate
Audits are conducted on site, because the material is on site.
United Kingdom
Sites and offices across the UK. This is where most audits happen and where our closed-loop reprocessing sits.
Norway
Offices and established outlets, with material moving between the two markets.
Europe and beyond
Material moves throughout Europe and to established outlets further afield, where the polymer and the price justify it.

Find out what your waste is actually worth
Tell us what you make and roughly what leaves site. We will tell you whether an audit is worth your time before either of us spends any, and if it isn’t, we will say so.
